Scope: 630 Lofts is a 46,575 sf Historic Preservation Project containing 39 low income residential apartments, multiple garden level retail shops, common area and a building management. The Garden level is connected to (5) additional building sections (3) of which have been preserved and are currently used for retail at the Garden Level and a combination housing and office space. The residential units are designed for (1) and (2) bedroom suites. This project is a National Historic Preservation Project and will be LEED certified.
