Scope: Century Lofts is a 120,000 sf Historic Preservation Project to be completed in (2) phases containing a total of 98 low income residential apartments, (2) street level commercial units, building management office, common areas as well as a common area exterior courtyard featuring a play structure, fountain, walking path and benches. The residential units are designed for (1) and (2) bedroom suites. This project is a State Historic Preservation Project and designed for LEED certification.
