Scope: 101 S. Division Lofts is a 40,000 SF Historic Preservation Project which contains 20 low income residential apartments, 4 street level commercial units, building management office space and basement level parking.  The one and two bedroom residential suites were designed around the preserved interior courtyard space and high atriums to allow maximum natural light into the interior of the building.  This project is LEED Certified - Gold and is a Historic Preservation Project that was reviewed by the State of Michigan and the United States Department of the Interior.  It has also won the 2009 Real Estate Excellence Award, ‘Development of the Year’.
