Scope: Renovation to existing loading dock area of the Watermark Center, formerly Shaw-Walker building.  The space is designed to accompany a party of approximately 500 people, with all of the amenities of a modern venue.  The main convention space is easily divided into 3 smaller spaces to allow for smaller parties or multiple events.  The build-out includes a 3,000 SF kitchen for banquets, a retractable glass curtain wall that opens onto an exterior patio space, a waterwall at the main lobby, state of the art technology and many other amenities.
